Information you provide
When you contact Growyst, you may provide your name, email address, business information, website URL, service interest, project details, timing, and other information included in your message.
How the contact form works
The contact form is processed on the Growyst web server. The server validates the fields, stores the enquiry in the Growyst application database, and sends it to Growyst through the configured SMTP email service when SMTP is enabled. Stored enquiry records contain the submitted form details, consent status, a one-way connection fingerprint used for abuse prevention, and email-delivery status.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses session-based CSRF protection, a hidden anti-spam field, server-side validation, and temporary rate limiting. Rate-limit records use a one-way hash of the connection IP address and are used only to reduce automated abuse. Technical error logs may be created when email delivery fails.
Browser storage
A session cookie is used for form security and expires with the browser session. Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser using local storage so the website can remember the appearance you selected.
External services
The website loads Manrope and Inter through Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google to retrieve font files. Contact enquiries are delivered through the SMTP provider configured by Growyst. If analytics, advertising, payments, embedded media, chat, or other third-party tools are added later, this notice should be updated before those tools are used.
